Chimichurri Sauce
Chimichurri Sauce

A delicious sauce that works wonderfully served with Ribeye Steak. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp of fresh chopped red chilli, chopped
- 80 g of red wine vinegar
- 3 spring onions
- 1 stick of fresh thyme
- 1 pack of fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp of crushed chilli flakes
- 450 g of olive oil
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 juice of 1x lemon
Method
Step 1
Finely chop the parsley and the thyme.Step 2
Finely chop the spring onions.Step 3
Crush the garlic and mix all the ingredients together.
