Try something different with this spicy burger to add a kick to your barbecue.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 pickled gherkins, sliced
- 4 the best brioche buns
- 1 budweiser lager beer cans
- 4 british steak burgers
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of chilli cheddar cheese
- 8 leaves of lettuce
- 1 mayonnaise
Method
Step 1
Barbecue the burger until full cooked through.Step 2
Add a slice of cheese on top of the burger whilst still on the barbecue, allow to melt for approx 2 minutes.Step 3
Meanwhile spread the mayonnaise onto the burger bun bottom and add lettuce.Step 4
Take the burger from the barbecue and place on top of the bun base.Step 5
Garnish with the gherkins and red onion.Step 6
This dish goes well with Budweiser Lager.
