Ingredients

  • 1 ella's kitchen sweet potatoes, broccoli + carrots pouch
  • 350 g of sweet potato
  • 150 ml of semi skimmed or whole milk
  • 1 drizzle of vegetable oil
  • 200 g of leek
  • 100 g of shredded chicken
  • 80 g of mature cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Step 1

    Peel the sweet potatoes + slice into thin disks. Par-boil for 7 minutes.
  2. Step 2

    Chop leeks finely + cook in a pan with oil over a medium heat until soft.
  3. Step 3

    In a sauce pan, add the milk, bring to a simmer and add the grated cheese + Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli + Carrots Pouch, stir until melted.
  4. Step 4

    Drain potatoes and layer half of the potato disks in an oven proof dish.
  5. Step 5

    Cover the layer of potatoes with the cooked leek + chicken then put the second half of the potato over the leek.
  6. Step 6

    Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the potato.
  7. Step 7

    Bake in the oven at 190’C for 22 minutes.
  8. Step 8

    Mash down to for little ones from 7 months.
