
Cheese and Ham Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 30 g of unsalted butter
- 450 g of cooked pasta
- 150 g of ham, diced
- 150 g of grated cheese
- 600 g of semi-skimmed milk
- 30 g of plain flour
Method
Step 1
Firsty, make the sauce for the dish, to do this, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Stir together for 2 minutes.Step 2
Gradually add the milk, bringing the sauce to a smooth consistency with each addition.Step 3
When all the milk is added, simmer the sauce for 2 minutes.Step 4
Add the ham and cheese to the sauce and stir until the sauce is smooth.Step 5
Put the cooked pasta into a mixing bowl and pour in the sauce.Step 6
Combine well and transfer to an ovenproof dish.Step 7
Bake at 175 degrees until bubbling and golden brown.
