  • 1 parsnip, peeled and diced
  • 75 g of frozen carrot

Method

  1. Step 1

    Boil the vegetables until tender.
  2. Step 2

    Puree in a blender and adjust the texture with boiled, cooled water or your baby's usual milk.
  3. Step 3

    Freeze any leftovers in small pots or ice cube trays.
