Ingredients

  • 100ml gin
  • 100ml pineapple juice
  • 100ml lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Candy floss

Method

  • Step 1

    Put all the ingredients, excluding the candy floss in a cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Step 2

    Shake for 30 seconds and strain into 2 cocktail glasses.

  • Step 3

    Add the candy floss garnish to serve.
