'Tis the season of the popsicle, or ice lolly to us Brits, and this bourbon-spiced peaches and cream variety is a fantastic addition to anyone's freezer - just drizzle with honey before eating to really hit the spot.

Ingredients

  • 50 g of honey, to serve
  • 100 ml of whipping cream
  • 250 ml of greek yogurt
  • 50 ml of bourbon, we used Jim Beam
  • 2 peaches, finely diced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Gently combine all the ingredients together.
  2. Step 2

    Carefully spoon the mixture into the ice pop moulds and freeze overnight.
  3. Step 3

    Drizzle with honey to serve.
