'Tis the season of the popsicle, or ice lolly to us Brits, and this bourbon-spiced peaches and cream variety is a fantastic addition to anyone's freezer - just drizzle with honey before eating to really hit the spot.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 50 g of honey, to serve
- 100 ml of whipping cream
- 250 ml of greek yogurt
- 50 ml of bourbon, we used Jim Beam
- 2 peaches, finely diced
Method
Step 1
Gently combine all the ingredients together.Step 2
Carefully spoon the mixture into the ice pop moulds and freeze overnight.Step 3
Drizzle with honey to serve.
