Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 slices of hovisⓡ soft white thick sliced
- 2 tsps of butter, softened
Method
Step 1
Place the eggs into a small saucepan of cold water and bring to the boil. Once the water is bubbling, boil the eggs for four minutes.Step 2
Meanwhile, toast the bread, spread with butter and then slice into one-inch thick soldiers.Step 3
Once the eggs are boiled, remove from the pan, crack open and serve immediately with the soldiers.
