- 0 tsp of lemon juice
- 50 g of milk
- 100 g of frozen blueberries
- 1 blueberry benecol yoghurt drink
- 1 pinch of cardemon
Method

Cut the banana and spread the pieces on baking paper in a freezer container, freeze overnight.
Step 2
Measure the frozen bananas and blueberries, lemon juice, milk and yoghurt drink into a deep dish.
Step 3
Spread as evenly as possible.
Step 4
Season with cardamom and enjoy immediately.
