Ingredients
- 200 g of blueberries
- 500 ml of vanilla ice cream
- 60 g of pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 4 tbsp of maple syrup
Method
Step 1
Make the pancakes, following our basic pancake recipe.Step 2
Scoop balls out of the ice cream and top each pancake with 2 scoops.Step 3
Scatter blueberries and pistachios over the top and drizzle with a tablespoonful of maple syrup.
