Infused with blackberry and a hint of rosemary, this super tasty mocktail is a taste of Christmas in a glass. Chin chin!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 100g blackberries
- 100g sugar
- 150g water
- 3 needles of rosemary
- 1bottle Nozeco
Method
Step 1
To make the syrup bring all the ingredients to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Pass through a fine sieve and allow to cool before using.Step 2
Pour 40ml of syrup in a champagne/prosecco flute.Step 3
Top up with chilled Nozeco.Step 4
Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary and a couple of frozen blackberries.
