Ingredients
- 250 g of frozen summer fruits, thawed
- 1 handful of mint leaves, optional
- 500 g of greek style yoghurt
- 40 g of watercress
- 75 ml of apple juice
- 1 handful of strawberries, optional
Method
Step 1
Blend watercress and apple juice together until liquid.Step 2
Fold in half of the Greek style yoghurt.Step 3
Clean the blender then blend the summer fruits and fold in the remaining Greek style yoghurt.Step 4
Half fill the glass with the green mixture and then gently add the red mixture on top.Step 5
Garnish with raspberry, strawberry and mint.
