  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 65 g of blackberries, (25g for topping)
  • 0.5 sliced banana
  • 30 g of whole oats
  • 95 g of raspberries, (25g for topping)
  • 180 ml of kefir
  • 35 g of morrisons berries, coconut & seeds breakfast topper

Method

  1. Step 1

    Blend together the kefir, raspberries, blackberries, honey and oats.
  2. Step 2

    Top with your toppings.
