Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 65 g of blackberries, (25g for topping)
- 0.5 sliced banana
- 30 g of whole oats
- 95 g of raspberries, (25g for topping)
- 180 ml of kefir
- 35 g of morrisons berries, coconut & seeds breakfast topper
Method
Step 1
Blend together the kefir, raspberries, blackberries, honey and oats.Step 2
