  • 1 1 pack of morliny berlinki hotdogs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ketchup or a sauce of your choice
  • 1 grated cheese of your choice
  • 200 g of puff pastry ready rolled sheet
  • 1 pack of morliny berlinki hotdogs

Method

6 steps

  1. Step 1

    Remove the hotdog casings and cut the Berlinki hot dogs in half, crosswise.

  2. Step 2

    Cut the puff pastry into strips 1 inch longer than the hotdogs and twice as wide.

  3. Step 3

    Brush the pastry with a bit of ketchup. Place the hot dogs in the middle of the pastry strips.

  4. Step 4

    Add some cheese on top and roll the pastry around the hotdogs. Don’t forget to seal the ends of the rolls together - otherwise, the melted cheese will come out.

  5. Step 5

    Cut some scores on top of each roll and brush them with beaten egg.

  6. Step 6

    Bake the rolls for 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°C or until ready. Serve when hot!
