Ingredients
- 1 1 pack of morliny berlinki hotdogs
- 1 egg
- 1 ketchup or a sauce of your choice
- 1 grated cheese of your choice
- 200 g of puff pastry ready rolled sheet
- 1 pack of morliny berlinki hotdogs
Method
Step 1
Remove the hotdog casings and cut the Berlinki hot dogs in half, crosswise.Step 2
Cut the puff pastry into strips 1 inch longer than the hotdogs and twice as wide.Step 3
Brush the pastry with a bit of ketchup. Place the hot dogs in the middle of the pastry strips.Step 4
Add some cheese on top and roll the pastry around the hotdogs. Don’t forget to seal the ends of the rolls together - otherwise, the melted cheese will come out.Step 5
Cut some scores on top of each roll and brush them with beaten egg.Step 6
Bake the rolls for 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°C or until ready. Serve when hot!
