Chicken skewers marinated in beer and honey will soon become one of your favourite barbecue recipes. So simple, but the taste is spectacular.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 tsp of dijon mustard
- 100 ml of honey
- 150 ml of beer, we recommend Black Sheep ale
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 12 chicken thighs, cut into quarters
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together.Step 2
Add the diced chicken, cover and then refrigerate overnight.Step 3
The following day place the chicken onto soaked wooden skewers and barbecue until thoroughly cooked through.Step 4
Serve with salad.
