These ham and cheese roll ups are a real crowd pleaser, whether they’re fresh out of the oven, or as an easy lunch box snack.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp of yellow deli mustard
- 0.5 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp of onion granules
- 10 slices of cheddar cheese
- 115 g of butter, melted
- 500 g of shortcrust pastry
- 1 tbsp of poppy seeds
- 350 g of ham slices
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C/gas mark 4/fan 160°C and grease a baking tray.Step 2
Roll out the dough into a 13x18 inch rectangle and top with ham and cheese.Step 3
Starting with the longer edge of the rectangle, roll up the dough tightly.Step 4
Once completely rolled, pinch the ends together and adjust so the seam is facing down.Step 5
Cut the roll up into 12 equal slices.Step 6
Evenly place the roll ups onto the baking tray.Step 7
Combine the butter, poppy seeds, mustard, onion and Worcestershire sauce in a small mixing bowl and pour the sauce evenly over the roll ups.Step 8
Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes until lightly browned. Serve and enjoy.
