4 total- 100 ml of baileys original
- 2 scoop of madagascan vanilla ice cream
- 50 ml of grand marnier, Cointreau can also be used
- 2 orange (twists or zests)
Method

Pour the Baileys into a martini glass.
Step 2
Add the Grand Marnier and stir till silky smooth.
Step 3
Shape a scoop of ice cream into a quenelle and place into the glass.
Step 4
Twist a strip of orange peel and place on top of the ice cream.
