Ingredients
- 50 ml of baileys original
- 1 scoop of madagascan vanilla ice cream
- 25 ml of grand marnier, Cointreau can also be used
- 1 orange
Method
Step 1
Pour the Baileys into a martini glass.Step 2
Add the Grand Marnier and stir till silky smooth.Step 3
Shape a scoop of ice cream into a quenelle and place into the glass.Step 4
Twist a strip of orange peel and place on top of the ice cream.Step 5
Serve and enjoy.
