Ingredients

  • 6 onions
  • 1 pack of streaky bacon

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 190°C / gas mark 5 / 170°C fan.

  • Step 2

    Slice the onions into rings.

  • Step 3

    Remove the rind from the streaky bacon.

  • Step 4

    Wrap 2 bacon strips around each onion ring.

  • Step 5

    Place the bacon wrapped onion rings onto a baking rack and bake for 25 mins or until the bacon is fully cooked. Serve and enjoy.
