Ingredients
- 300 g of frozen summer fruits
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 1 avocado, peeled and stone removed
- 2 tbsp of clear honey
- 400 ml of semi-skimmed milk
Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients except the lemon juice into a blender and whizz until thick.Step 2
Add the lemon juice to taste, blend again then pour into four glasses and serve.
