Ingredients

  • 300 g of frozen summer fruits
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 1 avocado, peeled and stone removed
  • 2 tbsp of clear honey
  • 400 ml of semi-skimmed milk

Method

  1. Step 1

    Put all the ingredients except the lemon juice into a blender and whizz until thick.
  2. Step 2

    Add the lemon juice to taste, blend again then pour into four glasses and serve.
