Quick and easy, and oh so tasty – a gorgeous lamb mince recipe accompanied with flavours of ginger, garlic and coriander, to be served with rice! This recipe has been kindly provided by AHDBTime and servings

Ingredients
- 2.5 cm of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 green chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 handfuls of freshly chopped coriander
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsps of garam masala
- 500 g of lamb mince
Method
Step 1
Heat a large non-stick frying pan and cook the mince, onion, garlic and ginger for 5-7 minutes.Step 2
Reduce the heat, add the tomatoes, chillies, seasoning, garam masala and half the coriander.Step 3
Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.Step 4
Garnish with remaining coriander and serve with rice, poppadums and a selection of relishes.
