Ingredients
- 200g caster sugar
- 150ml water
- 1tsp ground ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 12 coffee beans
- 60ml cooled espresso coffee
- 100ml non-alcoholic vodka
- Ice cubes
Method
Step 1
To make the syrup bring all the ingredients to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes sieve, and allow to cool before using.Step 2
To mix the cocktail add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a good handful of ice and shake for 30 seconds.Step 3
Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.Step 4
Add 3 coffee beans to garnish.
