Ingredients
- 250 ml of prosecco
- 2 passion fruits
- 2 tsp of cointreau
Method
Step 1
Cut each passion fruit in half and over a sieve resting on a bowl, scoop out the inside using a teaspoon. Push the pulp into the sieve to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.Step 2
Spoon this juice into the bottom of each glass.Step 3
Add a teaspoon of Cointreau.Step 4
Carefully pour in the prosecco with the glass on a slant. Take it slow or you’ll have passion fruit bubbles everywhere!
