  • 4 scoops of raspberry sorbet
  • 4 lemons

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cut the lemons in half and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Step 2

    Place the hollowed out lemons in the freezer for 2 hours, until they go hard.
  3. Step 3

    Retrieve the lemons from the freezer and place a scoop of the sorbet in each lemon.
  4. Step 4

    Serve and enjoy.
