Oven cook - From Frozen. Our extra large fish cakes are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Tip
Place product on a wire rack for a crisp bubbly batter
230°C/Fan 210°C/Gas 8
Pre-heat the oven & remove all packaging
Cook (on a wire rack)
Place on a wire rack over deep baking tray in the middle of the oven & cook for 25 mins (Fan oven 22 mins)
Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.
