3 Simple steps for the ultimate taste of the chippy
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 & remove all packaging.
Step 2
Place fillets on wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Step 3
Cook for 25 mins. Take out and serve.
Caution!
Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.
