Oven cook - From Frozen. Our breaded omega 3 fish fillets are best oven baked straight from your freezer.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7, 20 mins
Pre-heat the oven & remove all packaging
Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray for 20 mins (Fan 18 mins)
