Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven heat.

Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 800W (4 minutes 30 seconds) / 900W (4 minutes).
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes (800W, 900W). Peel back film lid and stir, re-cover and heat on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (800W), 2 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 (30 minutes).
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and heat for 15 minutes. Remove film lid and heat for a further 15 minutes.
Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
