Check food is thoroughly cooked before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Baste sausages in oil. Preheat oven to 190C / 380F / Gas Mark 5 and place onto a baking tray on the middle oven shelf. Cook for 30 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Preheat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add sausages to pan and cook for 20 minutes, turning regularly.
