After years working as a chef in Asia, our founder Mr. Kim sensed an opportunity to offer high quality sushi and flavourful hot bento meals to the UK. Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from chilled. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Not suitable for freezing. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Before: Remove sleeve, peel back film, remove veg gyozas & sauce sachet. Replace film back over noodles & pop in the microwave. During: Halfway through add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the noodles & stir well. Place gyozas on top of noodles. Re-cover & continue cooking.
After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over noodles. Stir & tuck in.
4 min 800w, 3.40 min 900w; Oven cook - From Chilled. Before: Remove sleeve, peel back film & remove sauce sachet. Replace film back over noodles & pop on baking tray in the centre of the oven.
After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over noodles. Stir & tuck in.
