After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min.
Stir & tuck in.

5.30 min, 900w; Oven cook - From Chilled. Before: Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve & outer bento bowl. Pierce film several times. Place on a baking tray & pop in the centre of the oven.
After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min.
Stir & tuck in.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20 min
