Stir both compartments, re-cover & continue cooking. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in.
5 min 800w / 4.30 min 900w; Oven cook - From Chilled. Before: Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve & outer bento bowl. Pierce film several times. Place on the baking tray & pop in the centre of the oven. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in.
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 9 / 33 min
