Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from chilled. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Not suitable for freezing. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Before: Remove sleeve & outer bento bowl. Peel back film & remove chicken from packaging. Replace film bac over noodles & sauce & pop in the microwave. During: Halfway through add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the noodles & stir both compartments. Place chicken on top of noodles. Re-cover & continue cooking. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in.
7 min 800w / 6.30 min 900w; Multiple - From Chilled. Oven - Chicken Only:
Before: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve & outer bento bowl. Peel back film. Remove chicken from bento bowl & place on a baking tray. Pop tray into the centre of the oven.
After: Check chicken is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min.
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 18 mins

Microwave - Noodles & Sauce Only:
Before: Replace film back over noodles & sauce & pop in the microwave. During: Halfway through add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the noodles. Stir both compartments, re-cover & continue cooking. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in.
5 min 800w / 4.30 min 900w; Oven cook - From Chilled. Before: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve & outer bento bowl. Peel back film & remove chicken from packaging. Place chicken on a baking tray. Replace film over sauce & noodle, place container on the baking tray next to the chicken. Pop tray in the centre of the oven. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min.
