Rosemary Seeds
Rosmarinus Officinalis Hardy Perennial
During March - May, seed in a tray of seed sowing compost. Cover with compost, glass and maintain temperature of at least 20℃. When large enough, transfer into your herb planter, 5cms apart. Gradually harden off and plant outside anytime from May - September. Prefers light, well-drained soil in full sun.
Harvest
Cut off portions of branches and dry. When brittle, the leaves may be rubbed off into a container.

Sweet Basil Seeds
Ocimum Basilicum Classic Italian Half Hardy Annual
During April, seed in a tray of seed sowing compost and maintain a temperature of around 25°C. When large enough to handle (but not before the second week of June) grow on in the herb planter. Prefers full sun and shelter from the wind.
Harvest
Pick leaves whilst dry and the sun is not too strong.

Thyme Seeds
Thymus Vulgaris Hardy Perennial
During March - May, seed in a tray of seed sowing compost, under glass 0.5cm deep. Maintain temperature of 15-20°C. When large enough, transfer into your herb planter, 5cms apart. Prefers any light, well-drained soil, in full sun.
Harvest
Pick leaves just before flowering and whilst dry.
