Place on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power for approximately 2 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over a low to moderate heat. Place the tortilla in the pan and heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
