Malbec grapes are hand-selected, destemmed and crushed. Natural malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 26˚C for 21-23 days. The wine is then aged for 12 months - 96% in French oak barrels & 4% in French oak foudres. It is further aged in the bottle for 12 months.
