Preparation And Usage
Classic mix of rice, peppers, courgette, mushrooms, and nora peppers, flavoured with garlic & saffron. Just add water.
Also great with chicken, beef, pork, tofu or seafood
What you need:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 750 ml hot water or broth
Method:
1. In a shallow pan, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil and add the content of the bag. Stir it for 1 min. If you want, you can also add pieces of chicken or other meat and fry it before adding the rice.
2. Add 750 ml (3 cups) of hot water or broth and 6 g (1 tbsp.) of salt (or to taste).
3. Cook for 20 minutes (the first 5 at high heat and then at medium heat). Once ready, let it stand for 5 minutes aside the heat.
Chef's Tip: Accompany it with garlic mayonnaise.
