Boil - From Frozen. Place the sausages in a saucepan of boiling water.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Drain before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. All ovens vary - Cooking time may need to be adjusted accordingly.
Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat the oven to 150°C / 300°F, Gas mark 3.
Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 7 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Pre-heat a little oil in a pan, over a low heat.
Place the sausages in the pan and fry for 5 minutes, over a low heat, turning occasionally.
