Dry extra firm tofu and soak in soy sauce for a few minutes. Mix cornflour, salt, pepper and sesame seeds in a bowl. Coat the tofu pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes each side until golden.
Also delicious with Chinese meatballs or spare ribs.
