Cooking Instructions - General. Drain sauce & reserve if required. No need to press - we're special like that. Chop, cook, enjoy. Or be a rebel and eat it cold.

Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C/180°C Fan, Gas Mark 6/12 mins
Bake: Pre-heat oven.
Bake tofu on a greaseproof sheet, turning halfway. If using sauce, add for the last minute of cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat 8 mins
Fry: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently. If using sauce, add for the last minute of cooking.
