Drain. No need to press - we're special like that. Chop, cook, enjoy. Or be a rebel and eat it cold.
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.; Other - From Chilled. 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6/10 minutes
Bake: Toss in 1/2 tbsp of oil and bake on a tray, turning halfway.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat/6 minutes
Fry: Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
