Cooking Instructions - General. We have given you these heating instructions as a guide only.; Microwave - From Chilled. 1. Remove sleeve & pierce film lid.
2. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 5.5 minutes, stirring sauce halfway through.
3. Ensure food is piping hot & stand for 1 minute before eating.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 1. Remove from box & pierce film lid.
2. Preheat oven to 190°C.
3. Place meal onto a baking tray in the centre of oven.
4. Heat for 25 minutes. Peel back film & stir half way through cooking time, then recover to continue cooking.
5. Ensure food is piping hot & stand for 1 minute before eating. All cooking appliances vary.
