Oven cook - From Chilled. 3 Steps to the perfect barbecue pulled pork
Disclaimer: Check the pouch seal to see if it's broken. If it is, don't use the product at all.
1 Let's chef it up!
Pre-heat your oven to fan 180°C/ 200°C. Empty the contents of the pouch into a deep baking tray.
2 Get it in the oven
Put the pork in the oven. After 15 minutes, carefully remove, turn the pork over and baste. Return to the oven and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes.
3 Nearly there...
Remove from the oven and gently shred the meat using two forks and mix evenly. Savour and enjoy!
