Our winemakers have the same trained eye as de Lacaille, seeking out the most brilliant grapes to produce a deliciously fresh and crisp sauvignon blanc. Aromas of lemons and lime give way a supernova of rich gooseberry flavours and a clean, fruity finish.

We raise a glass to Nicolas Louis de Lacaille, the French astronomer who in 1752 noted something unexpected in the southern skies. He named the constellation that he saw Horologium:Aa faint yet beautiful cluster of stars, in the shape of a pendulum clock, thousands of light years from earth.
