Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen. All appliances vary; these instructions have been given as a guide only.
Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape.
Allow tray to stand to regain rigidity
Do not reheat once cooled.; Microwave - From Frozen. 800W - 9 minutes, 900W - 8 minutes
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power for 6 minutes (800W), 6 minutes (900W). Peel back film lid and stir well. Re-cover and cook for a further 3 minutes (800W), 2 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Gas 6, Fan 180°C - 45 minutes
Pre heat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place meal on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of oven for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid and stir well. Re-cover and cook for a further 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving.
