Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking and remove from all packaging to allow meat to reach room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.
Rare: Fry for 1 minute on each side. Medium: Fry for 2 minutes on each side. Well done: Fry for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Warnings: Use separate utensils and surfaces for raw meat/fish or wash after use.
Wash hands after handling.
Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods.
