Place sausages on a grill pan and under a medium-hot pre-heated grill for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a heated baking tray in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging, Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking. Place the sausages in the pan, turning frequently for 14-16 minutes.
