Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat. Remove all packaging and set sachet of sauce to one side for later use.; Microwave - From Chilled. Place in a microwavable dish and pierce pouch in several places. Heat on full power for 8 minutes (700W), 7 minutes (800W), 6 minutes (900W). Carefully open the pouch and discard the meat juices. Transfer the pork into the microwavable dish. Take two forks. Place one fork into the meat and pull the meat apart with the other fork, creating a shredded effect. Drizzle the contents of the sachet evenly over the shredded meat and stir thoroughly. Return to the microwave for a further 2 minutes and serve.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. Place the contents of the pouch in an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and discard any cooking juices. Take two forks. Place one fork into the meat and pull the meat apart with the other fork, creating a shredded effect. Drizzle the contents of the sachet evenly over the shredded meat and stir thoroughly. Re-cover with foil and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
